Delete family and data
Fairhour stores usage data on the PC only. Data is on our server only if you connected the parent app. This is how to delete it completely.
In the parent app
Settings → Delete family. This permanently deletes the family, all paired PCs, the history and push addresses. The account is gone afterwards.
In the browser, without the app
Sign in with family ID and password, then use “Delete family permanently” at the bottom.
By e-mail
Schreib an support@fairhour.ch with your family ID. We delete within 30 days and confirm.
What is deleted
- Family ID and password hash
- Device names, daily totals, most-used programs
- Time requests, rules, commands
- Push addresses of phones
Data on the child’s PC stays there. Delete it in the Windows app under Settings → Data → “Delete all data”, or uninstall the program.
Even without a request, server data is removed automatically after 90 days.
